- CJ 대한통운을 통해 배송 됩니다. (제주/도서 산간 지역은 우체국 발송. 추가금 발생.)
- 재고가 있는 상품을 제외한 모든 상품은 선 주문 후 주문 제작되어 배송 됩니다.
- 주문 제작 상품이기 때문에 입금 확인 후 주문 취소가 불가능합니다.
- 개인적인 변심으로 인한 결제 후의 취소, 환불은 불가능합니다
- 제작 기간은 주문 및 입금 확인 후 60일~90일(3개월~5개월) 정도 소요됩니다. (주말, 공휴일 제외)

- 메이크업 옵션 추가 시 영업일 기준 20~30일의 작업 기간이 추가됩니다.
[교환 안내]
받으신 제품에 하자가 있을 경우 수령 후 7일 이내에 연락 주시면 무상 교환이 가능합니다.
접수는 주문자 본인에 한하여 가능합니다.
- 수작업의 특성 상 비대칭, 우레탄 비침, 마감 시 생긴 미세 기스 등이 있습니다.
- 도색 과정에서 도료가 튀거나 미세한 얼룩 등이 생길 수 있습니다.
- 도색 제품은 마찰, 혹은 날카로운 것으로 긁는 행위 등으로 인해 도색이 벗겨질 수 있습니다.
* 7일내 무상 교환이 가능한 경우 (데미지인 부분)
- 우레탄 인형의 안면부(눈, 코, 입 부분) 에 메이크업으로 가려지지 않는 부분에 기포, 먼지, 찍힘 등이 있는 경우.
- 파츠가 누락되거나 파손 된 경우.
* 교환이 불가능한 경우 (데미지가 아닌 경우)
- 우레탄 인형의 공정 상 데미지 : 안면부 이외 헤드 안쪽, 귀 뒤쪽, 바디 안쪽 등에 기포, 먼지, 찍힘, 미세 기스 등이 있는 경우.
- 게이트 자국 및 절개 라인 제거로 인한 기스 및 색상 차이가 있는 경우, 절개 라인이 남아있는 경우. (절개 라인(퍼팅 라인)은 제거해서 보내드리지 않습니다.)
- 타사 제품과의 색상 차이가 있는 경우 등.

[Shipping Guide]
- All products, except those in stock, are made to order and shipped after pre-order.
-Because it is a made-to-order product, it is not possible to cancel the order after payment is confirmed.
-Cancellation or refund after payment due to personal change of mind is not possible.
-The production period takes about 60 to 90 days after confirming the order and payment. (Excluding weekends and holidays)

If the product you received is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to receive a free replacement.

- Free exchange impossible case : All process damage of the urethane doll
