[주의 사항 및 배송 안내]
- CU편의점 택배(CJ 대한통운)을 통해 배송됩니다. (제주/도서산간지역은 우체국 발송. 추가금 발생.)
- 재고가 있는 상품을 제외한 모든 상품은 선주문 후 주문 제작되어 배송됩니다.
- 주문 제작 상품이기 때문에 입금 확인 후 주문 취소가 불가능합니다.
- 개인적인 변심으로 인한 결제 후의 취소, 환불은 불가능합니다
- 제작 기간은 주문 및 입금 확인 후 60일~90일 정도 소요됩니다. (주말, 공휴일 제외)
(복제소 사정에 따라 변동이 있을 수 있습니다.
- 메이크업 옵션 추가 시 영업일 기준 20~30일의 작업 기간이 추가됩니다.
[교환 안내]
받으신 제품에 하자가 있을 경우 수령 후 7일 이내에 연락주시면 무상 교환이 가능합니다.
접수는 주문자 본인에 한하여 가능합니다.
- 수작업의 특성상 비대칭, 우레탄 비침, 마감시 생긴 미세기스 등이 있습니다.
* 7일내 무상 교환이 가능한 경우 (데미지인 부분)
- 우레탄 인형의 안면부(눈, 코, 입 부분) 에 메이크업으로 가려지지 않는 부분에 기포, 먼지, 찍힘 등이 있는 경우.
* 교환이 불가능한 경우 (데미지가 아닌 경우)
- 우레탄 인형의 공정상 데미지 : 안면부 이외 헤드 안쪽, 귀 뒷쪽, 바디 안쪽 등에 기포, 먼지, 찍힘, 미세기스 등이 있는 경우,
- 게이트 자국 및 절개 라인 제거로 인한 기스 및 색상 차이가 있는 경우, 절개 라인이 남아있는 경우 (절개 라인(퍼팅 라인)은 제거해서 보내드리지 않습니다.)
- 타사 제품과의 색상차이가 있는 경우 등.

[Shipping Guide]
- All products, except those in stock, are made to order and shipped after pre-order.
